Terms of Service

This website is operated by Travion (Pvt) Ltd, a digital studio registered in Colombo, Sri Lanka ("Travion", "we", "us"). By browsing this site or engaging us for work, you agree to these terms.

If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

You may view, download, and print pages for your own reference. You may not republish, sell, or systematically copy any part of the site, or use it in a way that disrupts the service or infringes the rights of others.

The content here is for general information. It is not an offer, a quote, or a contract on its own.

Project work is governed by a separate written proposal or statement of work ("SOW"). Where these terms and a signed SOW conflict, the SOW wins.

Estimates are based on the scope agreed at the time. Changes to scope may change the timeline and fee, which we will confirm with you before proceeding.

Unless the SOW says otherwise, projects are invoiced in stages, and invoices are due within 14 days. Late payments may pause active work.

Quoted fees exclude third-party costs (such as fonts, stock, hosting, or software licences) unless explicitly stated.

On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, except for third-party assets and any pre-existing tools or components we license to you to operate them.

We may show the work in our portfolio and case studies unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We deliver our work with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, the site and its content are provided "as is" without further warranties.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability connected to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here, with the date below, is the one that applies. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
